Signing up

Once we have had confirmation from our referencing partners that they have approved you as a suitable customer, we will arrange a date of move-in appointment for you. We will send you the tenancy agreement for you to read through — so you can raise any queries beforehand. You will be required to pay a deposit. This is normally a minimum of one month’s rent although it may be up to 5 weeks. this will be agreed with you beforehand. The deposit is held with government-backed tenancy deposit scheme.

Moving in

On your move in date we will meet you at the property to sign your tenancy agreement and give you a copy of the agreement along with an inventory, a list of everything in your new home. You must check the inventory to make sure you agree with everything listed and confirm the condition of the property — these details will be re-checked when you move out.

Moving out

When the time comes for you to move on, we are here to help. We ask that you:
  • Provide written notice (letter or e-mail) to end your tenancy. We normally ask for at least one calendar month’s notice — but this will be stated in your tenancy agreement.
  • Attend a pre-termination visit. Once we have received notice of you wanting to end your tenancy, we will make an appointment to visit you in your home, for a pre-termination visit.

We will ask you to bring photographic proof of ID (for example passport or residence permit) to prove that you are eligible to live and work in the UK. Applying to rent one of our properties is simple. Once you have chosen and viewed your property you will need to:

  • Pay a holding deposit to reserve the property
  • Complete an online form with our referencing agents.
